Understanding the 5 levels of questioning


Overview:
Mastering of Questions, The Socratic Method:  

 

Of all the communications skills that can make the difference, effective questioning is only second to listening. The vast majority of people have a very limited understanding, much less a skill level at questioning.  

 

Participants learn about various types of question forms, how to “reframe” a question to get a different result and an understanding of the 5 Levels of Questioning.  

 

Curiously, the more effective a person is at questioning, the more they are forced to become effective listeners. Thus we build two skills at once.  

 

Objectives: To take participants skill level in communications, questioning and listening to a different level of competency.  

 

Results: Participants have more skills at communications which allows them to understand others more deeply and thus communicate far more effectively.
