Stenerson Lumber
is a 3rd generation full
service building supply company. Their
focus is high quality products and service
for the contractor customers.
John wanted his seasoned
sales team to have the skills to sell in
the down times as well as maximize their
efforts when things are good. We conducted
a two day intensive program followed by six
follow-up sessions over a 12 week period.
Here are some of their
commments:
"It was the first time I really ever looked
at the sales process. I've focused too much
on facts. This really opened me up to other
ideas."
Scott Mollberg
"I learned to listen, this allows me to
bridge the gaps between what I know and
they want. This has also helped me to
overcome objections. This was very
enjoyable, Harlan did a great job in
presenting and getting everyone
involved."
Casey Beckerleg
"Gaining the ability to answer objections
from customers. This training helped me to
save time, improve productivity and
increase sales."
Steve Gease
"The idea of asking questions as a selling
tool! Lots of great sales training info and
you also learn more about yourself."
Joel Nelson
"I learned how to talk to and get more
information from a customer and using
objections as a selling tool."
Mike Diekman
"I gave up my fear of asking questions and
objecions. Very informative, lots of tools
to use in making sales."
Craig Johansen
"Selling the benefit (Results), it will be
used regularly with predictable results -
more sales! It really works to look at the
sale from the buyers perspective."
Steve Breyer
"Personality types and the diffrent
approches they require. Selling each
customer a little diffrently based on their
type. There is something here for everyone
regardless of their job."
Bill Jackson
"Trust factor, able to relate and
understand the solution. Makes you evaluate
yourself and others and how to effectivly
make both better."
Dixon Esary
"Overcoming objections, making me more goal
oriented. Very good, was adaptable to our
company, looked forward to more
training!"
Jason Francis
