Northern Plumbing Supply is a third generation regional wholesaler of plumbing, heating and bathroom fixtures.

The top three concepts for me are the DISC Profiles, the Ten Laws of Persuasion and Self Perception. These help me to be more effective as a manager and salesman. I am now able to tailor my communicators with others to better fit their profile. The Self Perception has removed my self imposed caps and barriers.
