I appreciated the Ethical Persuasion approach and the documented research presented in the Leadership Strategies Program. The use of Outcome Based Thinking and questioning skills has improved my listening ability markedly. I’m more aware of what others are saying and listen for the hidden clues that provide the real meanings in the message. This gives me insight into how to communicate and persuade an individual or group. Definitely any mid and upper management person could benefit!

I find myself using the Outcome Based Thinking on a daily basis. I has provided me a diffrent and broader view of the situation. The Questioning skills proved to be challenging yet highly effecitve in my daily communicaitons. The first day I was tentitive about investing the time, but the day went so fast and we were so engaged the day flew by! Anyone in management or leadership roles can benefit from this training.
