Consulting & Coaching Service:
In working with our clients we find many still want some guidance and assistance. There is nothing wrong with asking for help. Most people are not financial experts and even with all the materials and information we provide in the Packages 1&2 there may still be some assistance required.

What will we do for you:

• We will make sure you understand this method inside and out
• We will make sure you can qualify for the best package possible
• We will help you prepare to talk to your banker
• We may even go to the bank with you or talk to your banker by phone
• We will give you ideas on how to improve your financial picture if needed
• We will assist you in using your Home Accelerator Account once it is set up
• We will be available for minor assistance once your account is working

Steps required to qualify for Consulting & Coaching Services:

• Have purchased Package 1 or 2
• Have filled out the financial pages in the back of the booklet
• Have studied the booklet from front to back
• Can financial qualify for the Home Accelerator Account (financial pages will tell us)

Consulting & Coaching Service package:

The fee for the Consulting & Coaching Service is based on the size of the mortgage/loan at the time of closing. Once you are accepted into the consulting program a fee of 25% of the projected loan amount will be charged to your credit card. Upon closing your new Home Accelerator Account, the balance of the fee will be charged to your credit card.

The steps to get started are:

1. Get Package 1or 2
2. Fill out the financial information in the back of the booklet
3. Contact us to set up an initial 30 minute evaluation (no charge)
4. Based on the 30 minute evaluation we will determine if you can qualify
5. A preliminary fee is established based on the financial information
6. 25% of the preliminary fee is due prior to additional services
7. Once the loan closing is established, we provide an invoice for the balance to the closing agent
8. Success! You now have a fantastic tool to control your finances, debt and wealth!

The Rates are:

The base fee structure is as follows:

• Loan amounts of $0-150,000                                       $750.00
• Loan amounts of $151,000 -250,000                             $1,250.00
• Loan amounts of $251,000 -400,000                             $2,000.00
• Loan amounts of $401,000 -                                       $Based on financial complexity

  The initial 30 minutes of consulting is provided at no cost. Each loan amount will include the following amount of time.

• 0-150,000               2.5 hours
• 151,000-250,000      4.0 hours
• 251,000-400,000      6.0 hours
• 401,000-                 Based on financial complexity

Please note: If you are unable to qualify for a loan for circumstances beyond our control or influence. One half the fee is due and will be charged to your credit card.
